Cannot be longer than 5 minutes or the upload will fail.
Music On Hold files can be created using Windows Recorder included in XP (not included in WIN7 Premium). Select the correct attributes when saving the file.
Fax to Email Instructions
Arriving faxes will be forwarded as a PDF from email@example.com to the email address you provided:
To send faxes, send an email to: 1+fax firstname.lastname@example.org. The cover page will be populated with the body of the email. Any supported attachment will be forwarded as additional pages of the fax. Be sure to always include a 1 before the phone number when sending a fax. The fax must be sent from the email address that is enabled for outbound faxing.
When a fax is transmitted, you will receive an email from email@example.com confirming that your fax was received by the server. You will receive a second confirmation email once the fax has been successfully transmitted to the receiving party.
The following Attachment File Types are supported for outbound faxing:
